Journey

Over twenty-six years she has braided education, human resources, coaching, and mentoring. Co-founder of Thorius Eğitim ve Danışmanlık; founded and led Coaching & Mentoring at FLO Group; mentors STEM-graduate young women with UNDP; leads projects at ICF Turkey and founded the ICF Running Team. She is a senior executive who completed CHRO training at BMI Business School. Years as a mathematics teacher (MEF International, Avrupa Koleji, Kültür Koleji, MoNE) shaped her academic and pedagogical foundation.
