I bring more than twenty-six years across education, human resources, and coaching together with ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) and ORSCC credentials. My work is to help leaders and students clarify their own voice, find direction, and take steps that last.
Executive coaching
One-to-one coaching for senior leaders, people & culture executives, and decision-makers. Having founded and led Coaching & Mentoring at FLO Group and completed CHRO training, I focus on authentic leadership, culture architecture, and the human side of performance. The conversation opens space beyond title — so a leader can hear their own voice and build a more honest bond with their teams.

Student coaching
Years as a mathematics teacher and mentoring STEM-graduate young women with UNDP shape how I work with students. With high school and university students and early-career candidates, we focus on learning discipline, self-trust, direction, and the balance between academic and personal life. The aim is not simply higher grades — it is for the student to recognize their potential and own their path.
